We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates, and/or changes to our website.

Orders and Pricing

All orders are subject to our approval and product availability.

Acceptance of offers to purchase goods only takes place when the relevant good orders are dispatched by Jessica Harrison and not before.

The prices of products are correct at the time of publication on our website.

We reserve the right to change prices on our website without prior notification. All goods are priced in GBP.

Order acknowledgement

When you have submitted an order you will be sent an email confirming your order.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that , in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Stock Availability

It is possible that on occasion we will be unable to fulfil your order immediately. If this is the case we will inform you immediately with details of any delays or issues there may be. If we are unable to contact you we will cancel your order. Any payments already made will be refunded.

Responsibility of the customer

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all information given on your order form is complete and accurate. Where information given by the customer is incomplete or incorrect the customer will be liable for any costs involved in resolving the matter.

Errors, inaccuracies and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or commissions that may relate to artwork or product descriptions, pricing, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or commissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Deliveries and Charges

We try to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, although sometimes this may take up to 7 days.

UK deliveries

All orders over £50 within the UK are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which includes tracking and requires a signature on delivery. UK orders under £50 will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class delivery.

UK Special Delivery is guaranteed by 1pm the day after dispatch. All orders are normally shipped within 48 hours, although occasionally dispatch may take up to 7 days.

An email will be sent to keep you informed about when your order will be dispatched, along with tracking information.

Shipping rates vary depending on weight, which is calculated at checkout.

Europe and Worldwide deliveries

All Europe and Worldwide print and sticker orders are sent by Royal Mail tracked and signed for delivery*. All aluminium print orders are sent separately by courier delivery.

We try to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, although sometimes this may take up to 7 days. An email will be sent when your order is dispatched, along with tracking information (if it is a tracked delivery). Please check your spam folder if you have not received a dispatch email within 48 hours of ordering.

The cost for delivery is based on location and is quoted at the time of ordering. Prices quoted for all orders are subject to weight and region and are calculated at checkout.

If your delivery address is outside of the UK you will most likely have to pay customs charges to receive your order once it enters your destination country. These charges vary as they are levied by each individual country so please check with your local customs office for further details. All customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the item has left the studio premises or the inability to deliver to the address provided.

Any issues with regards to delivery must be raised within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

Royal Mail International and Worldwide delivery

This is a tracked and signed for service* with Royal Mail and normally takes between 5 - 7 working days to arrive within Europe and 7 - 10 working days to arrive to the rest of the world, but can sometimes take up to 3 weeks. If you would like your order quicker than this then please email us and we can send you a quote for a courier delivery.

If a tracked and signed-for service is not available to the destination country, another Royal Mail service will be used which may not include tracking or a signature being required upon receipt.

Courier tracked delivery

This is a tracked and signed for service with a courier and normally takes between 3 - 5 working days to arrive worldwide.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase items can be returned to us in a re-saleable condition for a refund within 28 days of purchase.

Please note that as a consumer you have the statutory right within the United Kingdom to cancel your order and return any goods ordered in exchange for a refund. This statutory right of cancellation starts on the date that you receive your order and expires on the fourteenth day after the day on which you receive the goods. The distance selling act requires you to notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt of the goods and all goods have to be returned to us, in the original condition within 14 days from the day of notification. The customer is liable for all return costs.

Please contact us before returning anything, this safe guards your consumer rights.

Items must be returned in a re-saleable condition. Where possible, please use the original packaging.

Please include your name, order reference, postal address and reason for return. Feel free to use the packing slip provided for this purpose.

When returning items to us it is your responsibility to ensure that the items arrive safe and sound. We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost during the return shipping. We would always recommend that you ensure that the package is sent by a tracked delivery service and adequately covered with compensation if lost or damaged. Please make sure the correct postage is paid as any returns sent with incorrect postage will not reach us and the refund will not be completed.

Return shipping charges are non-refundable and are the full responsibility of the customer.

Once the item is received back to our premises in a re-saleable condition, your refund will be credited in the same manner and to the same account used to make the original purchase. Please note, only the cost of the items will be refunded and not the original shipping costs. We do our best to process returns within 5 working days once the item has arrived back with us. We will notify you once we have received your parcel.

If you are would like to return an item, you must notify us in writing by email within 14 days of receipt of the goods. All goods then must arrive back with us in the original condition within 14 days from the day you notified us.

Damaged Goods

* If an item is damaged on delivery, you should not sign for the item, it will be returned to us

* If you have signed for an item and then later realise that it has been damaged, you should contacts us by email. Any damage to the item should be clearly indicated.

* Replacement items will be sent at no extra charge.

Wrong items ordered

If you have ordered the incorrect item, you can return it.

* Please contact us first as above.

* Amounts to be refunded will take account of the rights of cancellation and the sale of goods act, the customer is liable for the costs of returning goods.

* If you would like a replacement item to be sent to you, you may be charged again for delivery.

Incorrect items sent

* If we have sent you a wrong item, please contact us by email.

* We will refund any postal charges that you incur sending incorrect items back to us, and will refund or replace the goods.

Replacement items

* If you have been sent a damaged or incorrect item, please return the item to the address above. You will be refunded for the cost incurred in returning the item and we will send you a replacement item at no extra cost.

* If you do not want a replacement item for damaged goods or items sent incorrectly, please return the item to the address above. You will be refunded for the cost incurred in returning the item and you will be given a full refund.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Scottish Law.
