Do you sell your Painted Ladies or Broken Figurine sculptures or only the limited edition prints?

All of my sculptures are for sale, however many of the works pictured on my website have already sold to private collections or to museums. All of the Painted Ladies and Broken Figurines pictured on the website have already sold, only the limited edition prints are currently available. Ocassionaly I do make new works to add to this series so if you would be interested in being kept updated on when new sculptures become available, please email us with your contact details and information about which series of artworks you are interested in.

Do you make editions of your sculptures?

No. Only one exists of each sculpture (unless otherwise stated).

Do you sell your sculptures on your website?

No. Only prints and cards are for sale on my website shop. If you are interested in purchasing an original sculpture you have to contact us at the studio. The best way to contact us is by email.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! Prices vary between countries but all worldwide orders over £50 are shipped by a tracked and signed-for service. All worldwide orders under £50 are shipped by Royal Mail standard economy delivery which does not include tracking.

Shipping by courier can also be arranged for a quicker delivery – please email for further information.

I’ve mistakenly ordered a print thinking it was a sculpture – what should I do?

Occasionally this does happen so don’t worry. If your item has not been shipped we can refund you for the cost of the item plus shipping immediately. If your item has already been dispatched, email us to let us know and follow our returns procedure once your order arrives. A refund can only be processed once the item arrives back with us, and shipping charges cannot be refunded. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

What methods of payment can I use?

All payments in our online shop are made through Paypal.

Do you offer next day delivery?

In the UK all orders over £50 are sent by Royal Mail Special delivery which guarantees delivery before 1pm the next day. Orders under £50 are sent by Royal Mail 1st class which takes between 1 - 3 working days from dispatch.

Shipments are usually dispatched within 48 hours, however sometimes dispatch may take up to 7 days. If you are in a hurry for your items, just let us know when you order by emailing us, and we will do our best to ship the items the same day. For international orders, deliveries normally take between 3 – 10 working days depending on your destination country, however please be aware international delivery can sometimes take up to 28 days. Unfortunately delivery times cannot be guaranteed for international shipments. If you would like a next day delivery for international shipments, please email us and we may be able to offer a courier shipment for an additional cost.

Can I track my order?

All orders over £50 are sent by a Royal Mail trackable service that requires a signature upon delivery. Shipments can be tracked on the royal mail website here. For international deliveries, shipments can be tracked in more detail once it leaves the UK by following the link on the Royal Mail tracking page once you have submitted your tracking number. This should take you to the partner delivery service for your relevant destination country. Occasionally fully tracked services are not possible for certain countries. If for any reason a tracked and signed for service is not available to your destination country, another Royal Mail service will be used.

Orders under £50 will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class in the UK. For international deliveries, deliveries under £50 will be sent by Royal Mail standard international delivery, which does not include tracking.

Can I cancel my order?

If you do change your mind then get in contact with us as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched we will be able to cancel it and refund you. If the order has already left the studio then you will need to follow the returns procedure described in our delivery and returns section upon receipt of the items.

Can I change or add items to my order?

If you have made an order and you would like to add to it, then email us as soon as possible with your order details. If the order hasn’t been dispatched, we should be able to add items to the order, or add/change items and issue a payment link through Paypal for the difference.

How do I return items?

To return an item you have purchased online you must noify us within 14 days of receiving the item. You have 14 days after this notification in which to get the item back to us. You will find further details about how to return items in the returns section of the online shop. Please write to us by email before returning any items. Postage instructions will be sent to you once you have emailed us. All returns need to be posted back to our studio address. Once the items have arrived back with us, we aim to process your refund within 5 working days.

Is return shipping paid for?

Unfortunately we do not currently offer a returns label service and the cost for postage of returned items is the responsibility of the person returning it.

Where can I see your work in person?

Can I use your artwork for my album cover or to Advertise my product or event?

No. All images are protected by copyright. Use of my artwork for any promotional material without my consent is unfortunately not possible. Consent is only ever granted for exhibitions and events with which my work is directly involved, and never for unrelated products or services including but not limited to album covers, club nights, event posters etc. If you would like to request to use images of Jessica’s artwork please email us in the first instance.
